This verse describes the what, where and how a man should do to God always, giving expression that man should not just do it, but where the demand so should be offered according to the psalmist. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. This is more than call to every believer, it a mandate that God which every man needs to come into the understanding that God demands our fruit of appreciation in every minute, condition and position, thus, this is the will of God that we need to adhere to.
